The Counterfeit Money Detector app provides a convenient way to verify the authenticity of bills by examining the little marks and security measures under an Ultraviolet light. Although your cellphone screen does not function as a UV lamp, the app has been optimized as much as possible to replicate the experience. However, please note that viewing the marks is most effective in a dark environment, as they may not be visible in daylight.

It is important to mention that in certain cases, such as US Dollars or Euros, the UV light may not be effective due to the limitations of a TFT screen. If you are unable to see the marks on your money using the UV detector, we recommend utilizing the watermark detector instead.

Compatibility:

• The watermark detector is compatible with bills from all currencies.
• The UV detector is not compatible with:

• Dollars
• Euros
• Mexican Pesos

However, the UV detector works perfectly with Argentinian Pesos.

The effectiveness of the app has been tested on bills of 100, 50, 20, 10, and 5 Argentinian Pesos, and both the UV and watermark detectors have shown excellent results.
